About this team

Our  team supports lululemon’s commitment to elevate our guests experience through the strategic delivery of reliable and sustainable solutions from Product concept to Finished goods production. The successful candidate will be involved in software configurations, workflow implementation and maintenance. Coordinates with engineering/systems and professional services team to develop the most cost-effective solution that meets business expectations. 


A day in the life 
  • Leads requirements analysis and design discussions, ensuring alignment of business processes, data, and system flows across the functional domain.
  • Partners with product management, solution architects, and engineers to drive clarity in complex and ambiguous business problems.
  • Provides systems-thinking leadership, articulating end-to-end impacts and design trade offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Oversees system configuration and ensures high quality implementation.
  • Champions best practices around data standards, governance, and process efficiency within the domain.
  • Provides subject matter expertise during testing cycles, ensuring solutions meet business needs and quality standards; supports business stakeholders during UAT.
  • Engages in incident escalations as a domain expert, ensuring sustainable resolution and root cause prevention.
  • Contributes to the technology roadmap and enterprise strategy, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Coaches and mentors junior analysts and contractors, elevating the team’s overall capability and maturity.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience as a Systems Analyst or in system leadership roles, with proven success in large-scale enterprise system implementations.
  • Expert understanding of software development practices, project life cycles, and system design methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of business process modeling, data flows, and systems integration within a functional domain.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels and drive alignment across global and regional teams.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and mentoring junior team members.
  • Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology, practices, and tools.
  • Experience configuring, maintaining, and supporting complex software systems, including involvement in production support escalation and incident resolution.
  • Prior experience in retail, supply chain, or related domains is a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of domain-relevant platforms  such as CBX Software or similar sourcing/supply chain applications preferred.
  • Awareness of technological trends and ability to translate them into business value and competitive advantage.
