about this team
The Global Network and Infrastructure team plays a vital role in managing the foundational infrastructure services that all lululemon applications run on. Examples of these technologies and services include Global Networks, Authentication Services, Device Management, Video Surveillance, Access Control, configuration of office software (e.g. Microsoft Office 365), and the delivery and management of office equipment.
a day in the life
In this role you will be a key leader in the technology organization and will help develop and drive enterprise level programs with global reach.
- Collaborate with Global Network and Infrastructure leadership, Tech Foundations, Tech PMO and business leaders to align strategies and plans, manage vendors, evolve standards and processes to effectively drive $12-20M of capital, $3-5M in Opex programs.
- Oversee programs for effectively managing design and engineering of core infrastructure platforms using agile program management processes. Examples include design and engineering services for network connectivity, authentication and directory services, video surveillance systems, management of 60,000+ devices, and the delivery of Microsoft Office365 configurations.
- This leader will also oversee 200-500/annual site delivery projects using waterfall pm processes. Examples of these programs include establishment of new offices, stores, and distribution centers; site remodels, and device refresh programs.
- Oversee management of office hardware (laptops, monitors, large scale printers, and meeting room equipment). Includes procurement, depot, break-fix, and recycle services. Partner with Technology Asset Management, Tech Vendor Management, procurement and finance to run RFI/RFP to ensure industry and pricing competitiveness.
- Grow and develop a team of 20-25 program/project managers. Build and sustain a collaborative environment and provide the resources and processes necessary for team members to successfully deliver their assigned projects.
- Oversee Global Network and Infrastructure Program Delivery:
- Ensure alignment of programs and projects with business functions. Work with program managers to build-in mechanisms for collaboration. Seek to build short and long-term insights into business plans and needs, while providing visibility to technology opportunities and risks. Work together to align shared strategies and plans.
- Ensure alignment of programs and projects with Tech Foundations and TPMO standards. Provides inputs to enterprise level business reviews and manages internal governance (MBR)
- Support effective vendor delivery management by providing the processes and tools to track and review vendor adherence to contract and service level agreements. Partner with Technology Asset Management, Tech Vendor Management, procurement and finance to run RFI/RFP to ensure industry and pricing competitiveness
- Manage department program reporting. Promote transparency and enable real-time decision making by ensuring collection and reporting of data is accurate and timely. Support Tech Foundations and Technology PMO with department reporting (program results, budget forecasts).
- Manage and oversee financial and risk management and value realization of projects within the portfolio ensuring they are funded, and that clear metrics are monitored and actioned to drive successful delivery of OKRs.
- Manage and coordinate project/product integration and dependencies at the portfolio level, identifying and analyzing dependencies and ensuring they are appropriately imbedded into backlogs of infrastructure team (depends on Infra) or cross functional partner (demands from Infra)
- Leads stakeholder management with infrastructure stakeholders and with TF portfolio stakeholders
- Enables Infrastructure annual planning processes by preparing OPPs submission with accuracy and quality.

qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience in the information technology field
- 8+ years of experience enabling key business priorities through the successful delivery & support of technology, and 5+ years as a people leader overseeing a broad range of talent across multiple work locations.
- Strong preference for those with experience leading a technology team(s) responsible for project management, portfolio management, software license management, and/or network circuit management.
- Experience in managing complex initiatives supporting a broad group of stakeholders in highly dynamic, global organizations: with a preference for those with experience in retail organizations.
- Proven track record in building & sustaining a high performing team capable of driving technical modernization efforts in parallel to delivering on business commitments.
- Strong stakeholder & vendor management expertise; with a proven ability to drive results internally & externally while fostering key strategic partnerships.
- Budget management expertise: previous experience directly overseeing $5M+ CAPEX & OPEX with track record of optimizing year over year spend.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $158,900 - $205,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
