about this team
The North America Brand Marketing team is responsible for creating brand marketing efforts across all channels to deliver guest communication for the North America business. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing Operations North America, and plays a key role in supporting the marketing organization’s strategic operations, ensuring the team is set up effectively to execute campaigns and marketing initiatives in our largest market.
The Brand Marketing Operations Manager supports Strategic Operations and Enablement; focused on supporting the creation of the operational plan and enabling the execution of integrated brand initiatives. You are a strategic operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can meet time-sensitive deadlines. Supporting North America Marketing Operations across the business, your scope includes setting up major projects, driving process and clarity, and sharing out information concisely to ensure our initiatives are delivered to market on time. This role is critical to the delivery of North American Brand Marketing initiatives.
core responsibilities
- Support the enablement of the brand marketing operational plan, including helping ensure strategy and briefs are on budget and supporting strategic cross-functional review gates for campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage operational strategies, timelines, resource plans, and defined ways of working to support key initiatives; focused on major projects featuring events / activations.
- Work cross-functionally to identify milestones, risks, responsibilities, tools and processes, to improve work efficiency and success; often communicating to Managers and Sr. Leadership.
- Engage and align team and stakeholders to understand process, timelines, dependencies, individual accountability and responsibilities, and measures of success.
- Leverage understanding of current process and technology capabilities, knowledge of industry best practices, and critical problem-solving skills to identify business needs and define new and improved ways of working.
- Build and maintain workflow processes and templates that support the NA Brand Marketing Team. Enrol working teams and leadership to new ways of working.
- Support facilitation of Senior Leadership communication for major initiatives.
qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in business or business-related field.
- 8-10+ years of experience working in marketing, operations, project management, go-to-market, and / or business management. Experience working in a high profile, globally branded organization is valued.
- Familiarity with large-scale event project operations is a plus.
- Must be a self-starter, critical thinker, team player who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Effective and collaborative stakeholder manager across the organization.
- Expert negotiator, influencer, and relationship builder.
- Proven ability to form partnerships, build interpersonal relationships, and respect cultural diversity; ability to be inclusive, collaborative, respectful and support broad organizational interests.
- Adaptable and agile, with ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of changing deliverables or business needs.
- Highly proficient in Excel PowerPoint, Word, and various project management and workflow platforms (Smartsheet, Monday.com, SharePoint).

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - 135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
