role overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Automation Engineer II to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is excited about the future of intelligent automation.


core responsibilities


Automation Development

  • Design and build scalable automation solutions using UiPath, with a strong command of the Robotic Enterprise (RE) Framework.
  • Develop and maintain reusable components and workflows to ensure modularity and maintainability.
  • Implement automated testing using UiPath Test Manager and related tools to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Ensure modularity and maintainability.
  • Work with UiPath Orchestrator, Action Center, and Apps to create enterprise-wide automation solutions.


Power Platform Development

  • Build and support automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Platform.
  • Integrate workflows across Microsoft 365 services and external systems.


API & Enterprise System Integrations

  • Integrate RPA solutions with platforms such as MS Azure, ServiceNow, Salesforce, ERP systems, and POS systems.
  • Utilize UiPath Integration Services and develop custom connectors for both RESTful and SOAP APIs.
  • Ensure secure API interactions by implementing OAuth 2.0 authentication and effective token management


Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps (Azure/AWS)

  • Deploy and manage RPA solutions on cloud platforms including Azure and AWS, using services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, AWS Lambda, and Event Bridge.
  • Leverage Azure Key Vault and AWS Secrets Manager for secure credential management.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines through tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps to streamline deployment processes.


Process Documentation & Compliance

  • Create and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
  • Ensure proper logging, exception handling, and auditability of bots in production.
  • Implement security controls when working with PII data, data encryption, and access management


Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with business analysts, architects, and IT teams to align automation with business goals.
  • Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and best practice workshops.

 

qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in automation development, including UiPath and Power Automate. (minimum 3 years in complex RPA automation).
  • Proficiency with the RE Framework, UiPath Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
  • Experience with automated testing, debugging, and optimisation of RPA workflows.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, OAuth 2.0, and secure data handling.
  • Comfortable using UiPath Integration Services to connect with third-party platforms such as ServiceNow, Coupa, Workday, and others.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, Azure DevOps).
  • Solid programming skills in C#/VB.NET/Python.
  • UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (UiARD) is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience working on document understanding projects using UiPath Document Understanding models or AI Builder in Microsoft Power Platform.


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with agentic automation and AI-driven workflows.
  • Understanding of agentic process automation, where AI agents handle complex data and automate tasks beyond traditional RPA capabilities.
  • Prior use of Copilot Studio or UiPath Agentic platform.
  • Exposure to retail industry automation use cases.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform governance and best practices.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $105,800 - $138,800annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
