ABOUT THIS TEAM

Our Global Distribution teams are part of our greater lululemon Supply Chain organization. This team supports lululemon’s overall purpose by ensuring we are fulfilling our products to our guests through our various channels including our retail stores and ecommerce.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Supports the distribution center leadership team by ensuring accurate and timely timekeeping and reporting for their assigned location
  • Completes administrative tasks such as Dayforce and LMS (Labor Management System) time keeping edits, reconciliations, audits, and reporting. 
  • Supports pre-set shift management within the people systems and validates employee time keeping and attendance for both lululemon and agency workforce
  • Edits and audit employee timecards within the timekeeping system including clock in and out and meal breaks
  • Audits meal breaks and missed punches and provide reporting on trends to relevant Supervisors and Managers
  • Audits invoices for accuracy from our Temporary Agency
  • Confirms payroll accuracy prior to payroll approval
  • Escalates system issues that impact accurate timekeeping and employee compensation to People and Culture and DC Operations Leadership
  • Pulls reporting for stat holidays to see who wouldn’t qualify for holiday pay based on lululemon policy or provincial and state guidelines. 
  • Compiles and send out daily and weekly reports from Dayforce and Agency employees
  • Supports with pay cards for employees through partnership with Manager
  • Manages pre-set shift times for auto scheduling
  • Supports stakeholders with adhoc reports


QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1 year of administrative experience
  • Experience with timekeeping software preferred
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks-attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to hold confidential information and demonstrate sound judgement
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the business both written verbally
  • Ability to meet attendance requirements  
  • Flexible and adaptable with schedule which could include nights, working required holidays,  weekends with occasional after-hours requirements and overtime
  • Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits Package

Typical Hiring Range: $22.30 - $26.25/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location 
Target Bonus: 5% 
Total Target Base Pay Range: $23.42 - $27.56/hour 
Additional Shift Premiums: $1.00 - $1.25, depending on location
