Technology Manager- People & Culture Technology


About this team:

This team is responsible for all core P&C Technology at lululemon. Delivering new capabilities across our technology landscape to support our organization’s growth and enhance our employees’ experiences. 


A day in the life:

The Technology Manager will lead a team of system analysts, business analysts, and project/program leaders to deliver P&C Technology capabilities that enables the business and fuels business growth.

  • Lead a high paced technology team, delivered through optimization and projects, met with high standards, delivered on time, to budget and scalable for future.
  • Develop strategic plans, roadmaps and business cases in collaboration with the business partners and technology leaders.
  • Lead a team of people across multiple workstream simultaneously. This includes, but is not limited to, regular connects and development plans. Ensuring people are set up for success with the right work, and support.
  • Vendor management of key software and services vendors
  • Budget management of opex and capex costs. Including labor, software and services.
  • Partner with Global architecture in ensuring the platform features for business unlocks are in alignment with architecture principles for scalability & security.
  • Partner with legal, security & compliance teams to enforce data platform policies.
  • Ensure cost optimizations & efficiencies are always looked at to keep the spend within the approved opex / capex budgets.
  • Ensure the variance is minimal between actual vs forecast and be able to justify the variances if any.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Information Systems or another related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience working with HR functions, processes and technology.
  • 3+ years of people or leadership experience managing a team of 10+
  • Experience in leading all aspects of implementation, enhancements and maintenance of people technology such as Workday, Docebo and Avature.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Experience developing Technology Roadmaps to drive business objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.

Compensation and Benefits Package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from annually $131,100-$163,900; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
