a day in the life: what you’ll do

Responsible for overall program delivery plan across various technology programs. Oversees three or more team members and plays a leadership role within the program and project management. Creates/manages partnership with business teams and IT teams to ensure consistent alignment. Responsible for overall labor strategy for BA, ScrumMaster, Project and Program Management roles across program (Internal and External). Supports quarterly planning activities for the program area. Coordinates project/program estimates from product and project teams for key initiatives and quarterly deliverables. Advises on project and product delivery methodologies across program, in partnership with other delivery leaders across Product and Technology. Coordinates IT Steering for all work within the program area.

Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week. 

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 7 years of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience in Information Technology. 
• Must have 7 years of experience in Project Management or Business Analysis.
• Must have 5 years of Retail business knowledge, including delivering programs in the retail technology space.
• Must have 3 years of experience as a Program Manager, managing medium to large scale Information Technology Projects with a minimum budget of $500,000.
• Must have 3 years of order management system experience, including at least 1 year of IBM Sterling OMS experience.
• Must have 2 years of program delivery experience in a global delivery model
• Must have 1 year of AWS cloud infrastructure experience, including EC2 and RDS
• Must have 1 year of experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 2 days per week.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $195,727.00 - $215,727.00 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
