This internship provides hands-on exposure to planning, retail sell-through strategy, demand forecasting, and inventory optimisation within a dynamic global retail and e-commerce environment.

You will support by ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time — driving sell-through performance, protecting margin, and maintaining healthy inventory levels. As an intern, you will contribute to this mission by applying data-driven insights to enable strong product flow, thoughtful inventory decisions, and an elevated guest experience. We value collaboration, inclusion, personal growth, and leadership at every level — and we look for individuals who bring curiosity, accountability, and a desire to learn.

A day in the life
No two days are the same, but a typical day may include:

  • Setting up inventory parameters and ensuring optimum stock flow out to stores and e-commerce
  • Analysing inventory levels by store, region, e-commerce channel and distribution center; recommending actions and driving implementation
  • Building or updating advanced Excel dashboards to support forecasting and allocation decisions
  • Reviewing daily sales and sell-through reports to identify risks and opportunities. Identifying slow-moving stock and recommending actions
  • Partnering with Merchandising,  Retail and Fulfilment teams to drive product performance

Qualifications:

  • About to graduate from a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Maths or related field
  • Advanced Excel user — mastery level required (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, scenario analysis)
  • Financial acumen and understanding of retail math with a strong analytical and quantitative skillset with comfort working in large datasets
  • Solid understanding of retail math and inventory KPIs
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently manage data entry
  • Knowledge of retail sell-through strategy, stock rotation, and inventory flow management
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
  • Interest in retail, apparel, and supply chain strategy

At lululemon, investing in our people is a top priority. We believe that when life works, work works. We strive to be the place where inclusive leaders come to develop and enable all to be well. • Extended health and dental benefits, and mental health plans
  • Paid time off
  • Generous employee discount
  • Fitness & yoga classes
  • Extensive catalog of development course offerings
  • People networks, mentorship programs, and leadership series (to name a few)
