about this team 

Product organization, it helps us to understand which products to create, how those products go together, and how many of them we need to make to support the anticipated demand, how many of them need to go where, and when. Product Analytics and Reporting help bring that vision to life. We're responsible for warehousing, analyzing, and reporting on data related to product and the decisions made by the product organization so they can keep our amazing products flowing into the hands of guests.


a day in the life 

  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical members of the product team to identify and analyze the needs and align product backlogs.
  • Triage bug and enhancement requests, drilling down to the core issues and aligning with overall priorities of the organization.
  • Help to develop detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.
  • Support prioritization of backlog of user stories for implementation.
  • Participate in collaboration with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
  • Engage in User Acceptance Testing of new features and functionality.
  • Help to create and deliver content for end user training.
  • Learn and follow principles of agile development.


qualifications

  • 2-5 years work experience in retail, supply chain, product management or analytics.
  • 2+ years experience with snowflake, or other cloud based data platform
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology, analytics or a related field an asset
  • Strategic and creative thinker
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal
  • Interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members and cross-functional partners
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly
  • Effective communication, and presentation skills
  • Organizational and time management skills

Compensation and Benefits Package  

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $105,800 - $138,800annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
