As Senior Manager, Global Brand Management – Collaborations, you will bring lululemon to life through initiatives and campaigns that spark desire, expand cultural relevance, and inspire new audiences. You’ll lead the development and execution of collaborations and inline energy projects that sit at the intersection of brand, culture, and community, shaping how our brand shows up in the world through partnerships and storytelling that resonate globally. 


You will work in close partnership with Product, Brand Creative, Brand Partnerships, Strategy, Channel leads, and Regional Marketing teams to deliver projects that not only connect to our brand vision but also set new benchmarks for culturally relevant brand moments worldwide. This role blends creativity and operational excellence, requiring both a strong cultural lens and the ability to translate ideas into campaigns that inspire and deliver impact. 


Responsibilities 

  • Lead the development of the 5-year strategic brand plan for collaborations in partnership with Product and Strategy teams, aligning with brand and business KPIs.
  • Drive strategy and execution of global collaborations and energy marketing tactics to build brand heat and cultural relevance.
  • Lead the creation of campaign briefs and partner with Brand Creative, Channel leads, and Regional Marketing to deliver integrated, guest-first campaigns.
  • Own and drive the 365-day global brand calendar for collaborations and inline energy product initiatives, defining the rhythm, focus moments, and storytelling priorities across the year to support lululemon’s ambition to be the leading performance apparel brand for every wear
  • Identify and evaluate cultural trends, communities, and moments that unlock opportunities for brand-defining initiatives and bold creative expression.
  • Oversee category-level marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources aligned to business priorities.
  • Collaborate with Insights and Finance to define and measure initiative impact; use data to inform future planning and optimization.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of brand managers and coordinators; foster a culture of curiosity, excellence, and continuous growth.


qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally with a focus on collaborations, cultural partnerships, or special projects.
  • Proven success leading global, high-profile initiatives that drive cultural relevance and consumer engagement.
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling, consumer culture, and the intersection of sport, lifestyle, and community.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Global mindset and experience working across regions and markets.
  • Passion for lululemon, community, and living a mindful, active lifestyle.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $134,100-$176,000 USDannually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
