about this team

The International Ecommerce Campaigns and Content team oversees online content experiences across our international websites, ensuring seamless, and exceptional ecommerce and merchandising experiences.

As the Ecommerce Campaigns & Experience Manager, International, you will drive central operations and processes to create engaging and educational content journeys. You will optimize product content and online merchandising strategies, support localized experiences, and empower regional teams to drive sales and increase conversion.

This role leads content creation, governance, and planning while fostering collaboration across central and regional teams, including digital product management, global product data and SEO teams. You'll focus on continuous process improvements and impactful ecommerce optimizations.


Success in this role requires expertise in ecommerce ecosystems, content management systems, and industry best practices. A passion for digital, trend awareness, and strong prioritization are essential. You will lead key initiatives, manage a team, assess performance, and align priorities with senior leadership in a fast-paced, multi-deliverable environment.


a day in the life: what you’ll do

  • International Ecommerce Campaigns & Content Leadership – Lead the International Ecommerce Campaigns & Content team, setting priorities, managing change, and driving strategic execution across international sites.
  • Campaign & Content Operations – Oversee and scale central campaign and content processes, adapting strategies to align with business priorities while ensuring seamless execution, including content management tools and page implementations.
  • Ecommerce Strategy & Execution – Define and drive content management and merchandising strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, technology, and reporting to enhance international eCommerce performance.
  • Campaigns, Website Experience & Merchandising – Partner with regional teams to align on campaign and merchandising needs, analyze performance trends, and identify priorities to improve content and localization capabilities, supporting platform improvements through collaboration with Product Management and functional teams.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Track and analyze campaign event sales, page performance, and key metrics to provide actionable insights, optimize content effectiveness, and address regional business needs across international sites.

qualifications

  • 8+ years’ experience in ecommerce, content management, or merchandising, with a strong understanding of ecommerce ecosystems; global ecommerce experience is a plus.
  • Expertise in content management and performance analysis, with experience in reporting and data-driven decision-making. Adaptability to refine strategies based on performance data and drive measurable success.
  • Strong leadership and people management experience, with excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving, prioritization, and project management skills.
  • Experience with tools and strategy execution, including content management systems, merchandising, Jira, Confluence, and project management platforms; SFCC experience is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $107,500-$141,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
