FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon's overall financial performance. a day in the life

Reporting to the Senior Director, FP&A Digital & CFO Data Analytics for lululemon's CFO organization, the Manager of Reporting and Analytics Programs is a key member of our program management team. This role is responsible for leading the enrollment, planning, communication, and change management of our financial data products to the broader FP&A team and CFO org. Key responsibilities include:

  • Own enrollment, planning, communication & training for implementation of complex financial data products – including new datasets, reports and enhancements – ensuring smooth transitions, minimizing disruptions, and driving reporting efficiencies.  
  • Partner with product managers, FP&A teams, and other CFO stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize finance technology roadmap, monitor performance, and capture end-user feedback. 
  • Enhance knowledge sharing resources within Data & Analytics SharePoint hub, maintaining project & roadmap tracking, updating training resources and policy documentation. 
  • Prepare and present dynamic, data-driven updates to broader FP&A team, highlighting progress, showcasing enhancements, and communicating key milestones.
  • Manage Power BI training program, ensuring end users are equipped with skills to utilize certified datasets, reports, and dashboards.
  • Establish standardized framework for capturing business reporting requirements, prioritizing projects, and coordinating report development led by both FP&A and Technology teams.
  • Collaborate with FP&A teams to transition reporting to Power BI, supporting with development of dashboards and reports to enhance analytic capabilities and strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain inventory of reports and regularly review to identify opportunities for globalization, standardization, and optimization to drive efficiencies. 
  • Uphold best practices in reporting and analytics governance.


qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA, CPA, or other advanced degree preferred 
  • 5 years of relevant finance experience with at least 3 with a global retailer in FP&A, and/or Data & Analytics; managerial experience preferred.
  • Experience in roadmap creation, project management, and change management 
  • Strong analytical, data modeling and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Extremely organized, detail oriented, and takes pride in quality 
  • Expert knowledge of MS Excel PowerBI required; JIRA, Oracle EBS and EPM preferred

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $107,500 to 141,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
