About this team

The Supply Chain Project Manager is responsible for overseeing specific projects within the Global Supply Chain program portfolio. This can include work within complex cross-functional transformations, standing up new go-to-market initiatives, and targeted efforts within specific geographies and locations. The Project Manager will partner with Global Supply Chain leadership to stand up and lead a project within the strategic PMO portfolio across several functions, including work to plan, design, and deliver against the project deliverables and milestones while helping to enable business priorities, including growth, guest service and cost improvements.


A day in the life: 

  • Manage a large, medium-to-high complexity project or multiple smaller concurrent projects within a specific Global Supply Chain portfolio and partner with PMO leadership to build detailed project plans, charters, including integration touchpoints, dependencies, and sequencing
  • Monitor project performance against plan as measured by milestones, KPIs, and supporting metrics 
  • Provide line-of-sight to PMO and functional leadership to issues, risks, and required decisions across the project workstreams
  • Maintain consolidated resource and timeline views across the project 
  • Manage the tracking of project budget, change requests, and intake management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities to reduce costs, drive productivity, better leverage resources, and increase capital efficiency 
  • Work with internal stakeholders to create project charters (scope, objectives, cost, benefits, resourcing, risks) and workplans
  • Assist in implementation and dissemination of effective project management practices across functions, including processes, tools, and standard operating procedures
  • Partner with the Technology organization to ensure the delivery of defined business capabilities and value within the project scope
  • Collaborate with and oversee 3rd party partners based on specific project scope of service requirements
  • Develop presentation content and support executive-level updates and business reviews
  • Establish, evaluate and maintain performance standards for all areas of project management to ensure performance targets are achieved while continually looking for ways to enhance delivery and reduce costs
  • Ensure the project team works closely with peers across Global Supply Chain, ensuring alignment and consistency in planning, management, and execution.


Qualifications:
  • B.A./B.S. in Business, Engineering, or technical area required
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in project management, consulting or a similar field
  • Experience in Project Management and Consumer Supply Chain Operations preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
