About this team
Fulfilment Programs in APAC manages strategic initiatives and projects to deliver new distribution centre expansions and stand up new capabilities that transform distribution operations. The Program Manager, Global Fulfilment Programs will deliver these capabilities by providing the expertise to deliver programs, projects, and operations optimizations within our global supply chain fulfilment function. The oversight and management of the role is specifically to deliver a 3PL Project in the APAC region.
A day in the life:
- Manage and deliver key APAC Programs in support of APAC Fulfilment
- Build detailed program/project plans, roadmaps, charters, including integration touchpoints, dependencies, and sequencing
- Work with internal stakeholders to create program and project charters (scope, objectives, cost, benefits, resourcing, risks) and workplans for both
- Facilitate solutions with cross-functional partners to manage requirements, solution design and their delivery
- Partner with the Technology organization to ensure the delivery of defined business capabilities and value within the program scope
- Collaborate with and oversee 3rd party partners based on specific program scope of service requirements
- Develop presentation content and manage executive-level updates and business reviews
- Work closely with peers across Global Fulfillment, ensuring alignment and consistency in planning, management and execution

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in consulting, program management or management consulting preferably in vertically integrated, global, retail environment
- Experience with supply chain, distribution centre programs and/or working directly with 3rd party logistics (3PL) organizations
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE or regional equivalent of project and program related certifications a plus
- Experience in Program and Project Management and Consumer Supply Chain Operations preferred
- Experience with managing project budgets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Microsoft Project
- Experience working with systems and/or with technical teams seen as an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate complex ideas and concepts into simple narrative and recommendations for senior executive leaders
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation and cross-functional relationship-building skills
- Ability to drive results independently and collaboratively as a team player
- Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, self-starter and results driven
- Thrive in bringing structure to ambiguity to drive business results
- Passion for developing new ways of working with creativity and flexibility
- Written and verbal communication skills in English; Japanese and/or Chinese an asset
