about this team
Global Fulfillment is a core function of lululemon supply chain and operations. Our fulfillment network covers all operations & processes across inbound logistics, network strategy + operations, distribution, trade, engineering, and outbound logistics. The Global Fulfillment Sr. Engagement Specialist will report directly to the NA Comms Partnering Manager, Global Fulfillment. If this role is successful all team members will be informed of projects updates, decisions within Global Fulfillment, people and culture updates, enterprise-wide announcements, and opportunities to connect with one another.
core responsibilities
- Own engagement and drive communications to all levels of employees at the Melbourne Distribution Centre
- Drive editorial planning, creation and execution of the flex newsletter
- Plan, execute and facilitate bi-monthly China/APAC Fulfillment Town Halls
- Provide strategic comms support for our Global Fulfillment’s offsite senior leadership in China and APAC regions
- Drive IDEA principles and a global outlook in all communications
- Support developing Global Fulfillment content (project updates, people and culture updates, enterprise-wide announcements, etc.)
- Create key messages and updates from high-level metrics
- Support the build and rollout of annual communications + engagement strategy through various tactics (toolkits, processes, templates, etc.)
- Provide cross-functional support to the broader GF Comms & Engagement team
qualifications
- A minimum of 5-8 years in a corporate or internal communications position
- Solid grasp of communications best practices
- Engaging storyteller with experience cascading messaging to a variety of audiences
- Previous experience working collaboratively with senior leadership
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced SharePoint and O365 skillset, experience with Populo and Workvivo preferred
- Strong presentation skills, with a background in corporate facilitation
- Excellent attention to detail
