The Retail Analytics team plays a critical role in shaping lululemon’s strategic decisions by providing data-driven insights that empower both store and business teams to make impactful choices. As the bridge between business strategy and actionable data, we focus on elevating the guest experience by enabling leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions that drive performance where it matters most. Our team develops and refines analytics programs and reporting tools that uncover opportunities to optimize operations and enhance the guest journey. The Senior Product Manager will be instrumental in driving innovation, prioritizing initiatives, and shaping the future of Store Reporting & Insights solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
a day in the life: what you’ll do
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Retail Analytics, the Senior Product Manager will take full ownership of the global Store Reporting platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to design and deliver Store Reporting & Insights solutions that drive impactful experiences for educators and guests. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, rollout, and continuous improvement of reporting solutions, ensuring they deliver measurable business outcomes aligned with lululemon’s strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to create and manage products that deliver meaningful experiences for educators and guests.
- Develop the strategy behind the "why," "when," and "what" (and what not) of the Global Store Reporting experience.
- Lead cross-functional teams from product conception to successful launch.
- Own and prioritize the global Store Reporting & Insights roadmap, focusing on initiatives that align with and drive the organization’s strategic goals.
- Innovate and shape the future of the Store Reporting experience in partnership with key retail teams.
qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years in product or project management, driving data analytics or reporting solutions
- Proven experience prioritizing and managing product backlogs for reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI) or similar data analytics platforms, balancing features, capabilities, and integrations.
- Experience driving a product from concept to release, including defining and tracking key performance metrics
- Proficiency with agile methodologies and enterprise tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with dependent technology teams and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence key stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $123,500-$162,100 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
