about this team

As the Director, North America Ecommerce Campaigns & Content, you lead the centralized content and campaign function within the North America Digital organization. This team is responsible for shaping the end-to-end guest journey and on-site experience across lululemon.com and the lululemon App, ensuring brand and product campaigns come to life through compelling content, storytelling, and digital experiences.


This role sits at the intersection of Brand, Digital Product, UX, Merchandising, and Technology, and plays a critical leadership role in delivering regional and global campaigns that drive revenue, elevate brand impact, and scale toward North America’s long term ecommerce revenue ambition. You will lead a high-performing team of managers and specialists while setting multi-year strategy, operating rhythms, and best-in-class ways of working


a day in the life: what you’ll do

  • Campaign & Content Strategy – Own the multi year strategy and annual roadmap for NA Ecommerce campaigns, programs, and elevated digital experiences across web and app. 
  • End to End Campaign Execution – Lead the planning, prioritization, and delivery of regional and global brand, product, and enterprise initiatives to drive revenue and engagement. 
  • Guest Journey & Experience Design – Shape the end to end guest journey and UI, determining optimal content placement across key site and app touchpoints. 
  • Cross Functional Leadership – Partner with Brand, Digital Product, UX, Technology, and Analytics teams to align priorities, roadmaps, and execution. 
  • Team & Operating Model Leadership – Lead and develop a high performing team while establishing scalable ways of working, playbooks, and best practices. 
  • Optimization, Budget & Accessibility – Own creative investment decisions, drive experimentation and personalization, and ensure content meets accessibility standards.


qualifications

  • 8+ years of ecommerce experience, including leading large-scale digital marketing or content programs
  • 7+ years of people leadership, including managing managers and senior-level talent
  • Proven track record delivering consumer-focused ecommerce campaigns at scale
  • Strong understanding of digital experience strategy, analytics, and financial performance
  • Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations across global and regional teams
  • Ability to set long-term vision while driving strong near-term execution
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (asset)

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $171,200 - $224,700 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
